Plan a Monthly Content Calendar

Use the Content Calendar Creator to generate a 30-day LinkedIn content plan, then batch-create and schedule your posts

This guide shows you how to plan an entire month of LinkedIn content using Reepl's Content Calendar Creator, draft management, and scheduling tools. Instead of scrambling for ideas each day, you will have a structured 30-day calendar with posts ready to go.

You need a connected LinkedIn account. If you are new to Reepl, complete the first post guide before starting.

Generating your content calendar

Open the Content Calendar Creator

Navigate to Creation Tools > Content Calendar Creator from the left sidebar, or go directly to Content Calendar Creator in the app.

Enter your LinkedIn profile URL

Paste your LinkedIn profile URL into the input field. The URL is validated to ensure it points to a valid LinkedIn profile.

The Use AI to generate personalized content toggle is on by default. Leave it enabled for AI-tailored suggestions based on your profile.

If you have the Reepl Chrome extension installed and active, your profile information is fetched automatically.

Generate the calendar

Click Create My Content Calendar. A progress indicator shows the generation status as a percentage. The AI analyzes your profile -- your industry, experience, and expertise -- and builds a personalized 30-day content plan.

Review the generated calendar

Once generated, your calendar appears with the title "Your 30-Day LinkedIn Content Calendar." Switch between Calendar View (grid) and List View (sequential) using the view mode toggle.

Each day shows:

  • Date
  • Post topic or title
  • Content type (Educational post, Personal story, Industry insights, Tips/advice, Engagement question, Thought leadership, Company update, or Quick win/achievement)
  • Suggested posting time

Customize your plan

Go through the generated plan and adjust:

  • Click any post to open a detail modal where you can edit the title, content, and content type
  • Delete posts that do not resonate with your brand
  • Reorder posts to create a logical narrative arc across the month
  • Add your own ideas to fill any gaps
  • Mix formats -- alternate between text posts, carousels, and other content types for variety

Add posts to your drafts

Select individual posts using their checkboxes, or click Select All to select every post. Then click Add to Drafts to move the selected posts into your content scheduler's Drafts tab.

You can also click Export Calendar to download the full calendar.

Batch-creating and scheduling

Once your posts are in drafts, work through them efficiently:

Batch-create content from drafts

For each post in your drafts, open it in the content creator. Use the AI Writing Assistant to generate a first draft, then refine it. Save each one as a draft.

Work through the list in batches -- creating 5--7 drafts in one session is more efficient than doing one at a time throughout the month.

Add visual content

For posts that would benefit from visuals, open the Carousel Generator or Image Generator to create visual assets. Attach them to the corresponding posts. Mixing visual content into your calendar keeps your audience engaged and breaks up text-heavy feeds.

Schedule your posts

Open the Calendar View to see your month at a glance. Drag and drop your saved drafts from the drafts panel into specific time slots on the calendar.

Use the Time Optimizer to identify the best posting times for your audience, then align your schedule with those windows.

Final review

Before the month begins, do a final review:

  • Check the Calendar View for gaps or days with too many posts
  • Preview each post to ensure formatting looks correct
  • Verify that all scheduled times fall within your target audience's active hours
  • Confirm that visual assets are attached to the right posts

You now have a full month of LinkedIn content planned, created, and scheduled. As the month progresses, monitor performance in Analytics and adjust future plans based on what resonates with your audience.

Revisit your calendar weekly to make small adjustments based on trending topics or audience feedback. A calendar is a starting point, not a rigid contract.

To start over with a new profile or regenerate the calendar, click Start Over to return to the form.
