How to Create a Content Calendar

Learn how to generate a 30-day LinkedIn content calendar using Reepl's Content Calendar Creator

The Content Calendar Creator generates a personalized 30-day posting plan based on your LinkedIn profile. It analyzes your profile to suggest daily topics, content types, and posting times that you can review, edit, and add to your drafts.

Open the Content Calendar Creator

Navigate to Creation Tools > Content Calendar Creator from the left sidebar, or go directly to Content Calendar Creator in the app.

Enter your LinkedIn profile URL

Paste your LinkedIn profile URL into the input field. The URL is validated to ensure it points to a valid LinkedIn profile.

The Use AI to generate personalized content toggle is on by default. Leave it enabled for AI-tailored suggestions based on your profile.

If you have the Reepl Chrome extension installed and active, your profile information is fetched automatically.

Generate the calendar

Click Create My Content Calendar. A progress indicator shows the generation status as a percentage. The AI analyzes your profile and builds a 30-day content plan.

Review the generated calendar

Once generated, your calendar appears with the title "Your 30-Day LinkedIn Content Calendar." Switch between Calendar View (grid) and List View (sequential) using the view mode toggle.

Each day shows:

  • Date
  • Post topic or title
  • Content type (Educational post, Personal story, Industry insights, Tips/advice, Engagement question, Thought leadership, Company update, or Quick win/achievement)
  • Suggested posting time

Edit individual posts

Click any post to open a detail modal where you can edit the title, content, and content type. Delete posts you do not want to keep.

Add posts to your drafts

Select individual posts using their checkboxes, or click Select All to select every post. Then click Add to Drafts to move the selected posts into your content scheduler's Drafts tab.

You can also click Export Calendar to download the full calendar.

Your selected posts now appear as drafts in the Content Creator > Drafts tab, ready for editing, scheduling, or publishing.

To start over with a new profile or regenerate the calendar, click Start Over to return to the form.
