How to Use the Content Calendar Creator
Learn how to generate a structured two-week LinkedIn content calendar using Reepl's AI-powered planner.
The Content Calendar Creator generates a week-by-week LinkedIn content plan based on your goals and audience. Instead of starting with a blank page, you get a full set of daily post ideas that sync directly to your content scheduler as drafts.
Before you start: The Content Calendar Creator requires a Pro plan or higher.
Generate a content calendar
Open the Content Calendar Creator
From the left sidebar, navigate to Content Calendar Creator under the Content Creation section. The planner opens with the guided input panel on the right and the calendar preview on the left.
Work through the guided planner
The right panel walks you through a series of inputs. Fill in each section:
- Goals — what you want to achieve with your LinkedIn presence (e.g. grow audience, generate leads, build authority)
- Audience — who you are writing for, including their role, industry, and pain points
- Content pillars — the 2-4 topic areas your content will focus on
- Posting cadence — how many days per week you want to publish
- Tone — the voice and style you want your posts to have
- CTA style — how you prefer to end posts (e.g. question, link, soft pitch)
- Constraints — any topics, formats, or dates to avoid
Add your LinkedIn profile URL (optional)
In the profile URL field, paste your LinkedIn profile URL. Reepl uses your profile to tailor the calendar suggestions to your existing positioning and experience.
Enable AI generation
Toggle Use AI on. This enables AI-powered calendar generation based on your inputs rather than generic placeholder ideas.
Generate the calendar
Click Generate. The left panel populates with a 7-day week layout showing a post idea for each scheduled day. Review the day-by-day plan across both weeks.
Sync to the content scheduler
Once you are satisfied with the generated plan, click Sync to Scheduler. Each post idea is added to your content scheduler as a draft, ready for you to write and schedule.
Your drafts now appear in the Drafts tab of the content scheduler, each labelled with the day it was planned for. Open any draft to write the full post.
Tips
- If the generated ideas do not match your expectations, adjust your inputs in the right panel and regenerate. The Reset button clears all inputs and the calendar preview so you can start fresh.
- Tighter content pillar definitions produce more focused post ideas. Instead of "marketing", try "B2B demand generation for SaaS companies".
- Your posting cadence setting controls how many days in the calendar preview have post ideas. Days outside your cadence are left empty.
