How to Manage Drafts
Learn how to view, edit, duplicate, and organize your draft posts in Reepl
Drafts are posts you have saved without scheduling or publishing. Use drafts to build a library of content ideas that you can refine and publish when ready.
Open the Drafts tab
Navigate to Content Creator from the left sidebar, then click the Drafts tab at the top of the page.
Browse your drafts
Drafts are listed with the most recently updated first. Each draft card shows:
- Author name and avatar
- Creation and last edited dates
- A content preview (truncated)
- Predicted reach score (0--100) and grade (A--F)
- The source the draft was generated from
- Media attachment count
Use the search bar (placeholder: "Search drafts...") to find specific drafts. Click Refresh drafts to reload the list.
Filter by author
Use the filter dropdown to view My posts, All team posts, or a specific team member's posts.
Take action on a draft
Hover over a draft card to see the available actions:
- Edit -- Open the draft in the editor to continue writing
- Delete -- Remove the draft permanently
- Duplicate -- Create a copy of the draft
- Preview -- View the draft in a preview modal
- Save as Template -- Save the formatting as a reusable template
When you open a draft in the editor, you can update the content and then choose to Update Draft, Schedule Manually, or Post Now.
Deleting a draft is permanent and cannot be undone.
