How to Schedule LinkedIn Posts
Learn how to schedule posts for future publishing using Reepl's content scheduler
Scheduling lets you queue posts to publish automatically at a specific date and time. You can schedule posts up to 90 days in advance and manage them from the calendar view.
A connected LinkedIn account is required for scheduling. Connect yours in Settings > Connected Accounts.
Create or open a post
Navigate to Content Creator from the left sidebar. Either create a new post using one of the source cards (Write with AI, From Articles, From YouTube, or From Uploads), or open an existing draft from the Drafts tab.
Write your content
Compose your post in the editor. Use the Preview tab to verify how it looks on different devices.
Click Schedule Manually
Click the Schedule Manually button at the bottom of the editor. A date and time picker opens.
Pick a date and time
Select the date and time you want the post to go live. The time picker shows slots in your local timezone. You can schedule up to 90 days into the future.
Confirm the schedule
Click Schedule to confirm. The post moves from drafts to the Content Calendar tab with a Scheduled status.
Your scheduled post now appears on the calendar view. You can drag it to a different day to reschedule, or click it to edit the content or time.
You cannot schedule posts in the past. If the selected time has already passed, the scheduler rejects it.
Alternative: Add to Queue
Instead of picking a specific time, click Add to Queue to let Reepl's scheduler pick the next available slot based on your posting schedule. This is useful when you have multiple posts to publish in sequence.
Alternative: Post Now
Click Post Now to publish the post to LinkedIn immediately without scheduling.
