How to Find the Best Time to Post
Learn how to use the Time Optimizer to discover when your LinkedIn audience is most active in Reepl
The Time Optimizer analyzes your audience's engagement patterns and displays them as a heatmap so you can schedule posts at times when your content is most likely to get traction.
Open the Time Optimizer
Navigate to Creation Tools > Time Optimizer, or go directly to Time Optimizer in the app.
Read the engagement heatmap
The heatmap displays a grid with days of the week (7 rows) on the vertical axis and hours of the day (24 columns) on the horizontal axis. Color intensity indicates engagement level using a 10-shade purple gradient -- darker shades mean higher engagement.
Toggle the time format
Use the 12h/24h toggle to switch between 12-hour and 24-hour clock formats based on your preference.
Identify peak times
Hover over any cell to see a tooltip with the exact engagement metrics for that day and hour. Look for clusters of dark cells -- these are your optimal posting windows.
Review the engagement bar
The engagement bar below the heatmap highlights the time periods with the highest overall engagement, giving you a quick summary of when to post.
Schedule your posts during the darkest cells on the heatmap for maximum visibility. Engagement patterns may shift over time, so check back periodically to adjust your posting schedule.
