How to Use the ROI Calculator
Learn how to estimate the time and money you save using Reepl's automation features based on your own LinkedIn habits.
The ROI Calculator estimates how much time and money Reepl's automation saves you each week, month, and year. Enter your own LinkedIn usage patterns and hourly rate — the results update in real time as you adjust the inputs.
Calculate your ROI
Open the ROI Calculator
From the left sidebar, navigate to ROI Calculator under Analytics and Insights. The page opens with the input sliders on the left and the live results panel on the right.
Set your LinkedIn hours per week
Drag the LinkedIn hours per week slider to match how many hours you currently spend on LinkedIn across all activities.
Set your hourly rate
Drag the Hourly rate (USD) slider to your approximate hourly rate. This is used to convert time saved into a monetary value.
Set your weekly activity volumes
Adjust the sliders for each LinkedIn activity you perform each week:
- Posts written — how many posts you write per week
- Engagements — comments, likes, and reactions you leave
- DMs — direct messages you send or respond to
- Profile scans — LinkedIn profiles you review for prospecting or research
- CRM syncs — manual CRM updates or contact exports you do
Review your results
The right panel updates as you move each slider. It shows:
- Weekly hours saved — estimated hours Reepl saves you each week
- Monthly hours saved — weekly figure multiplied across a month
- Annual hours saved — full-year projection
- Annual monetary value (USD) — hours saved converted to dollars at your hourly rate
- Percentage of LinkedIn time saved — displayed as a circular indicator showing what share of your total LinkedIn time Reepl automates
Adjust the savings breakdown
Scroll to the Savings breakdown section on the right panel. Each activity has a toggle that shows the estimated percentage of time Reepl saves for that activity. Toggle any activity off to exclude it from the total, or adjust the percentage if your experience differs from the default estimate.
The results panel reflects your inputs immediately — there is no submit button. Adjust any slider at any time to see the updated projection.
Tips
- Use conservative estimates for your activity volumes to get a realistic baseline. You can always increase them later if you find you are doing more than you initially tracked.
- The savings breakdown toggles are useful for comparing scenarios. Toggle off activities you do not use Reepl for to isolate the value of the features you actually rely on.
