Usage and Credits
Track your credit balance, understand credit costs by feature, purchase additional credits, and manage auto-purchase settings in Reepl
Credits are the universal currency for AI operations in Reepl. Every AI-powered feature -- from generating posts to analyzing profiles -- consumes credits. The Usage and Credits page lets you monitor your balance, review what consumed credits, and purchase more when needed.
Open Usage and Credits
Click Settings in the left sidebar, then select Usage & Credits under the Workspace section. You can also go directly to Settings > Usage & Credits in the app.
Check your credit balance
The Credit Usage tab (default) shows your current credit balance broken down by type:
- Plan Credits -- Credits included with your subscription plan
- Add-on Credits -- Credits purchased separately
- Email Finder Credits -- Dedicated credits for email address lookups (25/month on Pro, 100/month on Premium)
Free plan users see: "You are on a free plan and you have limited credits."
View the credit breakdown
Switch to the Credit Breakdown tab to see a detailed usage history showing which tools consumed credits and when. Use this to identify which features consume the most credits and adjust your usage accordingly.
Purchase additional credits
Switch to the Buy Credits tab to browse available credit packages. Select a package, complete payment through Stripe, and the credits are added to your balance immediately.
All purchased credits auto-expire within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Reduce credit costs with your own API key
Pro plan and above can connect their own OpenAI API key to reduce all AI operations to 1 credit instead of the standard cost. Set this up in Settings > AI Models.
Auto-purchase
Enable auto-purchase to avoid running out of credits:
- Open the Credit Usage tab.
- Toggle Auto-Purchase on.
- Select a refill amount.
Credits are automatically purchased when your balance drops below 50. You receive a notification 2 days before every auto-recharge, and you can cancel anytime.
