How to Manage Billing
Learn how to view invoices, update payment methods, and cancel your subscription in Reepl
The billing page shows your current subscription details, payment method, and invoice history. Workspace owners can update payment information, download invoices, and manage cancellations from this page.
Only workspace owners can access billing settings. If you don't see the billing page, contact your workspace owner.
Open billing settings
Click Settings in the left sidebar, then select Billing under the Workspace section. You can also go directly to Settings > Billing in the app.
Review your subscription
The top section displays your current plan name, billing period (monthly or annual), next billing date, and subscription status.
View billing history
Scroll to the Billing History section to see past invoices. Click the download icon on any invoice row to save it as a PDF.
Update your payment method
Click Update Payment Method to open a secure Stripe form where you can add or change your credit card or payment details.
Access the billing portal
Click View Billing Portal to open Stripe's full billing portal. From there you can manage payment methods, view all invoices, and update billing information.
Cancel your subscription
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Click Cancel Subscription
On the billing page, click Cancel Subscription at the bottom.
Provide cancellation feedback
A confirmation dialog appears asking for your reason for cancelling and optional feedback. Fill in the fields and confirm.
Review any retention offers
Reepl may offer a discount to keep your subscription active. Review the offer and choose to accept or proceed with cancellation.
After cancellation, your account retains paid features until the billing period ends. You can resubscribe at any time from the Plans page.
