How to Set Your Preferences
Learn how to configure timezone, language, posting schedule, and appearance settings in Reepl
Preferences control how Reepl displays dates and times, which language AI responses use, your default posting schedule, and the visual theme. Changes save automatically as you make them.
Open preferences
Click Settings in the left sidebar, then select Preferences under the User Settings section. You can also go directly to Settings > Preferences in the app.
Set your timezone and language
Configure the following options in the Time & Language section:
- Timezone -- Select from 25+ timezones. Enable Auto-detect timezone to have Reepl set this automatically.
- Start week on Monday -- Toggle on if you prefer Monday as the first day of the week in calendar views.
- Response Language -- Choose the language for AI-generated content: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, or Japanese.
- Response Tone -- Set the default tone for AI writing output.
Configure your posting schedule
In the Posting Schedule section, set your default publishing preferences:
- Default posting days -- Check the days of the week (Monday through Sunday) when you typically post.
- Default posting times -- Select time slots organized by morning, midday, and evening (from 08:00 to 19:00 in 1-hour intervals).
These defaults apply when you use Add to Queue or let Reepl auto-schedule posts.
Choose your theme
In the UI section, select your preferred appearance:
- Light -- Light background with dark text
- Dark -- Dark background with light text
- System -- Follows your operating system setting
You can also adjust the UI Intensity setting to control the visual density of the interface.
All preference changes save automatically. A toast confirmation appears each time a setting is updated.
