Use AI Voice Profiles for Consistent Brand Content

Set up voice profiles, train the AI on your writing style, and generate on-brand LinkedIn posts

Voice profiles ensure that every piece of AI-generated content sounds like you. This guide walks you through creating a voice profile, training the model on your writing, and using it to produce consistent, on-brand posts.

You need an active Reepl account with AI credits available. Check your balance at Settings > Usage & Credits.

Go to Settings > AI Preferences or open the Voice Profiles page directly. You see a list of your existing voice profiles (if any) and an option to create a new one.

Create a new voice profile

Click Create Voice Profile and fill in the details:

  • Profile name -- A descriptive label (e.g., "Professional LinkedIn" or "Casual Thought Leader")
  • Tone -- Select your preferred tone: professional, conversational, authoritative, friendly, or a custom description
  • Target audience -- Describe who you write for (e.g., "B2B SaaS founders" or "marketing professionals")
  • Writing style notes -- Add any specific preferences, such as "use short paragraphs," "avoid jargon," or "include data points"

Train the model on your writing

For the most accurate results, train the model on your existing content. Go to Model Training and provide samples of your writing:

  • Paste 5-10 of your best LinkedIn posts
  • The AI analyzes your vocabulary, sentence structure, tone patterns, and formatting preferences
  • Training typically takes a few seconds and significantly improves output quality

The more samples you provide, the better the model captures your unique voice.

Set it as your default profile

After creating and training your profile, set it as the default. Go to Settings > AI Preferences and select your new profile from the Default Voice Profile dropdown. This profile is used automatically whenever you generate content with AI.

Test with a sample post

Open the Content Creator, select Write with AI, and generate a post on a topic you know well. Compare the output to your own writing style. Look for:

  • Does the tone match how you normally write?
  • Is the vocabulary consistent with your brand?
  • Does the formatting reflect your preferences (paragraph length, use of lists, etc.)?

If something is off, go back to your voice profile settings and adjust the style notes or add more training samples.

Use custom prompts with your voice

For even more control, create Custom Prompts that reference your voice profile. For example, you might create a prompt template like "Write a LinkedIn post about [topic] in my professional tone with a hook, 3 main points, and a question to close."

These prompts combine with your voice profile to produce highly consistent, on-brand content every time.

Your voice profile is now active across all of Reepl's AI features -- the content creator, comment replies, carousel text generation, and more. As your writing style evolves, update your profile and retrain the model to keep the output aligned.
