Audience Profiles (ICP)

Define your ideal readers with Audience Profiles so Andy and Reepl's AI tools write content aimed at the right people.

Audience Profiles let you describe your ideal readers — your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) — so Andy and Reepl's other AI tools sharpen the topics, angles, and tone of every draft to match the people you are trying to reach.

Audience Profiles replace the old ICP Match tool that used to live in the Chrome extension. Instead of scoring one LinkedIn profile at a time, you now define reusable audience profiles that guide all of your AI-generated content.

Where to find Audience Profiles

Open Settings → Context → ICP (/settings/context). The ICP tab lists your saved Audience Profiles, or an empty state prompting you to add your first one.

Create an Audience Profile

Open the ICP tab

Go to Settings, select Context, then open the ICP tab.

Start a new profile

Click New Profile, then describe your audience in plain language: their role, industry, location, company size, and the pain points they care about. Reepl turns that description into a structured profile.

Review and save

The generated profile captures your audience's job titles, industries, locations, company sizes, pain points, goals, and keywords. Review it, edit any field to refine the details, and save.

Editing and managing profiles

Each profile appears as a card showing its name, a short summary, and tags for the audience attributes it captured. Use the card actions to Edit a profile as your focus shifts, or Delete one you no longer need.

How Audience Profiles are used

Once saved, your Audience Profiles feed Andy and Reepl's AI writing tools so drafts stay on-topic for the people you want to reach. Pair them with your Voice Profiles — voice profiles shape how you sound, audience profiles shape who you are writing for.
