How to Install the Chrome Extension
Learn how to install the Reepl Chrome extension and log in
The Reepl Chrome extension adds AI-powered writing assistance, contact tools, and content saving directly into LinkedIn. It works with Chrome and all Chromium-based browsers including Brave, Edge, Arc, Opera, and Vivaldi.
You need a Reepl account before installing the extension. Sign up for Reepl if you have not already.
Install from the Chrome Web Store
Open the Chrome Web Store listing for Reepl and click Add to Chrome. Confirm the installation when prompted.
You can also find the install link from within Reepl at Settings > Download Extension, or see the Download Extension page for links to all supported browsers.
Pin the extension to your toolbar
After installation, click the puzzle piece icon in the Chrome toolbar to open the extensions menu. Find Reepl in the list and click the pin icon to keep it visible in your toolbar.
Log in to the extension
Click the Reepl icon in your toolbar. If you are not logged in, you see a prompt with a Sign In Now button. Click it to open the Reepl authentication page. After logging in, the extension receives your tokens automatically and you are ready to use it.
Explore the guided tours
When you first visit LinkedIn after installing the extension, guided tours walk you through key features:
- Home Page Tour -- Introduces the streak widget, save-to-collections, comment assistant, and the LinkedIn Co-Pilot sidebar
- Comment Tour -- Shows the commenting widget, lazy commenting, prompt customization, voice/tone settings, and model selection
- Message Tour -- Covers the messaging assistant with the same personalization options
- Post Editor Tour -- Highlights Smart Save, AI image generation, AI Write Assist, virality checker, drafts access, and AI post ideation
Each tour appears once and can be skipped at any time.
The extension icon in your toolbar should now show that you are logged in. Visit any LinkedIn page to see Reepl's features in action.
