How to Grade a LinkedIn Post
Learn how to use the Post Grader in the Reepl Chrome extension to score and improve your LinkedIn drafts before publishing
The Post Grader analyzes your LinkedIn post drafts and scores them across quality dimensions before you publish. It gives you a letter grade plus per-dimension scores so you know exactly what to improve.
You need the Reepl Chrome extension installed to use the Post Grader. See Install Chrome Extension for setup instructions.
Open the Post Grader tab
Click the Post Grader icon in the sidebar navigation bar. The panel opens with a post card and a text input area.
Paste or type your post draft
Enter your post content in the text area inside the post card. The grader requires at least 10 words before it runs an analysis. You will see a word count displayed below the text area.
Review your grade and scores
Once you have enough content, the grader runs automatically and displays:
- Overall grade — A letter grade (A, B, C, or D) shown in the top-right of the post card
- Score breakdown — Per-dimension scores for Readability, Conciseness, and Engagement, each shown as a percentage with a colored progress bar
- Grade tip — A short recommendation based on your overall grade, shown below the score breakdown
Open the detailed analysis
Click the external link icon below the text area to open a full analysis of your post on the Reepl free tools site. This view provides additional detail beyond the sidebar scores.
Revise and regrade
Edit your post content directly in the text area. The scores update automatically as you type.
When your post is ready, copy the final text and paste it into the LinkedIn post editor to publish.
