How to Find Prospects

Learn how to use the Prospect Finder to search for LinkedIn leads matching your criteria in Reepl

The Prospect Finder searches LinkedIn for profiles matching your target criteria. You can describe your ideal prospect in plain English or use advanced filters to specify exact job titles, industries, locations, and more.

The Chrome extension must be installed to use Prospect Finder. Open it from the Reepl sidebar while on any LinkedIn page.

Open Prospect Finder

Click the Reepl extension icon to open the sidebar on LinkedIn, then select the Prospect Finder tab.

Choose a search mode

Select one of the two modes:

Type a plain-English description of your ideal prospect. For example: "Marketing Directors at healthcare companies in London". Click Search Prospects to run the search.

Fill in specific fields to narrow your search:

  • Job Titles -- Target roles (e.g., VP of Sales, Marketing Manager)
  • Companies -- Specific companies to search within
  • Industries -- Industry verticals to target
  • Locations -- Geographic regions
  • Schools -- Educational background
  • Company Size -- Employee count range
  • Years of experience -- Total career experience
  • Years in current company -- Tenure at current role
  • Degree of connection -- 1st, 2nd, or 3rd degree connections
  • Profile language -- Language of the LinkedIn profile
  • Keywords -- Additional search terms
  • Open to work -- Toggle to filter for profiles with the "Open to work" badge

Click Search Prospects when your filters are set.

Review results

The search results display matching LinkedIn profiles. Browse the results to find prospects that fit your criteria.

Matching profiles appear below the search form. You can save prospects to your contacts or add them to a list directly from the results.
