How to Manage Your Workspace
Learn how to configure workspace settings, upload a logo, and manage invite links in Reepl
A workspace is the shared environment where you and your team collaborate on content. Workspace settings let you customize the workspace name, upload a logo, manage invite links, and configure team-wide automation rules.
Only workspace owners and admins can modify workspace settings.
Open workspace settings
Click Settings in the left sidebar, then select General under the Workspace section. You can also go directly to Settings > Workspace in the app.
Edit workspace details
On the Details tab, update your workspace name and upload a logo. Logos help team members identify the workspace quickly in the sidebar.
Manage invite links
On the Members tab, you can:
- Copy the invite link -- Share the link with people you want to join your workspace
- Regenerate the link -- Create a new invite link and invalidate the previous one
- Send email invitations -- Enter an email address and select a role to send a direct invitation
Configure workspace settings
On the Settings tab, manage team-wide automation options:
- Auto-react -- Automatically react to posts published by workspace members
- Auto-comment -- Automatically comment on posts published by workspace members
- Approvals -- Require content approval before members can publish posts
When approval is enabled, team members with the Member role must submit posts for review. Owners and admins can approve, reject, or request changes from the Approval tab in the content creator.
