How to Use the Swipe File

Learn how to organize saved posts, videos, and other content into named collections in your Reepl Swipe File.

The Swipe File is a library for organizing content you want to reference or reuse — posts, videos, and other items you have saved. Content is grouped into named collections, each with its own visibility setting.

Open the Swipe File from LinkedIn Tools > Swipe File in the left sidebar. The main view shows a table of all your collections with the following columns:

  • Name — the collection title
  • Items — how many saved items the collection contains
  • Visibility — whether the collection is private, shared, or accessible to your team
  • Integration source — which integration the collection came from, if applicable
  • Created — the date the collection was created
  • Owner — who created the collection

Use the search bar at the top to filter collections by name. Use the visibility filter to show only private, shared, or team collections.

Switch between My Collections and Team Collections using the tabs at the top of the table. Team Collections shows collections created by or shared with other members of your workspace.

You can customize which columns appear and their order using the column settings control on the right side of the table header.

Create a collection

Click Create Collection

Click the Create Collection button. A dialog opens.

Name the collection

Type a name for the collection. Choose something descriptive so you can find it later (for example, "Hooks to swipe" or "Competitor posts").

Set the visibility

Select who can see this collection:

  • Private — only visible to you
  • Shared — visible to anyone with the link
  • Team — visible to all members of your workspace

Save the collection

Click Create. The new collection appears in the table immediately.

Open and browse a collection

Click any collection name in the table to open it. The collection view shows all saved items inside, along with their source and the date they were saved.

Tips

  • The Integration source column shows which integration added a collection — useful when you connect tools that automatically create collections in your Swipe File.
  • Private collections are only visible to you. If you want collaborators to access a collection, change the visibility to Shared or Team from the three-dot menu on the collection row.

Team Collections are visible to all workspace members. Creating or accessing Team Collections requires a workspace with multiple members.
