Set Up Your Complete Reepl Workspace
End-to-end guide to setting up your Reepl account, connecting LinkedIn, installing the Chrome extension, and configuring your workspace
This guide walks you through the full Reepl setup -- from creating your account to having a fully configured workspace ready for content creation and LinkedIn engagement.
The entire setup takes about 10 minutes. You need a LinkedIn account and Google Chrome (or a Chromium-based browser) to use all features.
Create your Reepl account
Go to app.reepl.io and click Sign Up. Choose Google, LinkedIn, or email as your authentication method. Fill in your profile details -- name, designation, and interests -- and click Continue.

Connect your LinkedIn account
After signing up, navigate to Settings > Connected Accounts and click Connect LinkedIn. Authorize Reepl through the LinkedIn OAuth flow. Once connected, your profile picture and name appear in the sidebar.
This connection allows Reepl to publish and schedule posts on your behalf.
Install the Chrome extension
Open the extension download page and click the Chrome Web Store link. Click Add to Chrome and confirm the installation. The Reepl icon appears in your browser toolbar.
Pin the extension for easy access: click the puzzle icon in Chrome's toolbar, then click the pin next to Reepl.

Log in to the extension
Click the Reepl icon in your toolbar and sign in with the same account you used for the web platform. The extension syncs with your workspace automatically.
Set up your voice profile
Go to Settings > AI Preferences in the web app, or navigate to the Voice Profiles page. Create a voice profile by describing your writing style, tone, and target audience. This ensures all AI-generated content matches your personal brand.

Configure your workspace settings
Review the key settings under Settings:
- Preferences -- Set your timezone, default language, and content defaults
- Notifications -- Choose which alerts you receive (post published, engagement milestones, team activity)
- Privacy -- Review data sharing and visibility options
Explore the dashboard
Visit your dashboard to see the Get Started Checklist, your connected LinkedIn profiles, the activity scoreboard, and the content queue. The checklist tracks your onboarding progress and disappears once all steps are complete.
Your workspace is now fully configured. You have a connected LinkedIn account, the Chrome extension installed, a voice profile set up, and your preferences dialed in.
