Dashboard & Home

An overview of the Reepl dashboard layout, widgets, and drag-and-drop customization

The dashboard is your central hub in Reepl. It gives you a personalized view of your LinkedIn activity, content queue, publishing stats, and recommended actions -- all in one place.

Layout

The dashboard uses a two-column layout on large screens: a main content area on the left and a sticky sidebar on the right. On mobile, everything stacks into a single column.

At the top, you see a personalized greeting with your first name, along with an upgrade button (for free/trial users), a theme toggle, and a help button.

Main Area Widgets

The main content area contains these widgets:

  • Offer Banner -- A promotional banner shown to trial and free-plan users with a countdown timer. Links to the plans page. This widget is fixed and cannot be moved.
  • Recently Viewed -- A horizontal carousel of pages you recently visited, pulled from your browser's local storage. This widget is fixed and cannot be moved.
  • Get Started Checklist -- A 6-step onboarding tracker with a progress bar. Covers installing the Chrome extension, trying the Carousel Generator, running the Profile Analyzer, using the Content Calendar Creator, connecting LinkedIn via OAuth, and setting up AI integration. Disappears once all steps are complete.
  • Free Tools -- A horizontally scrollable row of cards for free tools: Time Optimizer, Carousel Generator, Post Virality Checker, Post Formatter, and Profile Analyzer. Each card shows a "Free" badge.
  • Recommended -- AI-powered action suggestions displayed in a 3-column grid on desktop. Includes cards for the Content Calendar Creator, AI Model Training, and Notion Integration.
  • Published Posts -- Your last 3 published LinkedIn posts with a content preview (up to 100 characters), media thumbnails, and engagement metrics. If you have no published posts, you see an empty state with Create Manually and Write with AI buttons.

The sidebar is sticky on large screens and contains:

  • LinkedIn Profiles -- Shows your connected LinkedIn profile with your avatar, name, and title. If no account is connected, a Connect LinkedIn button starts the OAuth flow.
  • Activity Scoreboard -- Tracks your daily posting and commenting targets (default: 2 posts, 10 comments per day). Includes a weekly 7-day calendar (green for published, blue for scheduled, gray for empty days), a yearly activity heatmap, and streak badges showing your current and longest streaks.
  • Content Queue Stats -- Displays counts for your Drafts, Scheduled, and Published posts. Shows this week's 7-day slot indicators, a consistency insight badge (ahead, on-track, has-drafts, or behind), and a + Create Content button.

Drag-and-Drop Reordering

You can rearrange most dashboard widgets by dragging them. Hover over a widget to reveal a grip handle on the left side, then drag it to a new position. The main area and sidebar each have their own sort order.

Your layout is saved automatically in your browser's local storage, so it persists across sessions.

Drag-and-drop reordering is available on desktop only. The grip handle does not appear on mobile devices.

The Offer Banner and Recently Viewed widgets are fixed at the top of the main area and cannot be reordered.
