Integrations across workspaces

Which connections are shared with your whole workspace and which follow you personally

If you use more than one workspace (for example, an agency managing separate client workspaces, or a team), it helps to know which connections are shared across the workspace and which follow you personally everywhere you go.

There are two kinds of connection, and they behave differently on purpose.

Tool integrations — shared with the workspace

These are connected once and shared by everyone in that workspace. Connect them in the workspace where you want the team to use them, and any member of that workspace can use the same connection — no one has to reconnect.

  • HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Freshworks CRM, GoHighLevel
  • Notion, Airtable, Google Docs, Google Sheets
  • Miro, Figma
  • Slack
  • Apollo, Lemlist

Because they belong to the workspace, they only appear in the workspace where they were connected. If you switch to a different workspace, you'll see that workspace's own tools — and you can connect the same tool there separately if you need it in both.

Connecting a tool in one workspace does not connect it in your others. This keeps each client or team workspace cleanly separated — one client's CRM is never visible from another's.

Personal connections — follow you everywhere

These represent you, so they stay with your account and appear in every workspace you belong to.

  • Your social accounts — LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads, Reddit, YouTube, Substack, Medium, Google Business Profile. Your LinkedIn account is yours no matter which workspace you're working in, and you always publish as yourself.
  • Your own AI API keys (BYOK) — OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, OpenRouter. These stay tied to your account and are never shared with other members, so your key is never used to cover someone else's usage.

In a team or client workspace, the set of publishing identities is simply the set of each member's own connected accounts. There's nothing extra to set up — when you join a workspace, your own LinkedIn and other accounts are available to you there automatically.

Switching workspaces

Use the workspace switcher in the sidebar to move between workspaces. When you switch, everything follows the workspace you're in — your content, scheduled queue, templates, and the workspace's shared tool integrations. Your personal connections (social accounts and AI keys) stay available throughout.
