How to Connect Zoho CRM to Reepl
Learn how to connect Zoho CRM to Reepl for automatic contact syncing and LinkedIn activity logging
Connecting Zoho CRM lets Reepl automatically sync LinkedIn contacts, log messages and comments, and read your existing CRM data. The integration uses OAuth and offers the same granular permissions as HubSpot.
Zoho CRM integration requires a Premium plan or above.
Open the Integrations page
Navigate to Settings > Integrations or go directly to /settings/integrations. Find Zoho CRM in the available integrations.
Start the connection
Click the Zoho CRM card, then click Connect. You are redirected to Zoho's OAuth authorization page.
Authorize Reepl in Zoho
Sign in to your Zoho account and approve the requested permissions. After authorization, you are redirected back to Reepl at the integration details page.
Configure permissions
Toggle the permissions you want to enable:
- Auto Sync Contacts -- Automatically create Zoho contacts from LinkedIn interactions
- Log Messages -- Log LinkedIn DMs as activities in Zoho
- Log Comments -- Log LinkedIn comments as activities in Zoho
- Read Contacts -- Pull existing contacts from Zoho into Reepl
- Read Conversations -- Access Zoho conversation data
- Write Activities -- Create activity records in Zoho
- Write Notes -- Add notes to Zoho contact records
Assign tags
Use the Tag field to label contacts and activities created by Reepl in Zoho CRM. This helps you filter and identify data synced from LinkedIn.
Your Zoho CRM connection is now active. You can adjust permissions at any time from the integration details page at /settings/integrations/zoho-crm.
