How to Connect Zoho CRM to Reepl

Import Zoho CRM contacts into your audience lists and log LinkedIn engagement back to Zoho contact records

Connecting Zoho CRM lets you pull contacts into your Reepl audience lists and log LinkedIn replies and engagement directly as activities and notes on Zoho contact records. You can map your Reepl lists to Zoho CRM tags to keep your segmentation consistent across both systems.

Before you start: The Zoho CRM integration requires a Premium plan. You need a Reepl account on Premium or above and a Zoho CRM account with permission to authorize third-party OAuth applications.

Connect Zoho CRM

Open Integrations settings

In Reepl, open Settings and click Integrations.

Find Zoho CRM

Locate Zoho CRM in the CRM integrations section. Filter by CRM or use the search bar.

Click Connect

Click the Zoho CRM card to open its details panel, then click Connect. You will be redirected to Zoho's OAuth authorization page.

Authorize Reepl

In Zoho, review the permissions and click Accept to authorize the connection. You will be redirected back to Reepl.

Confirm the connection

Back in Reepl, the Zoho CRM card shows as Connected.

What Reepl Can Do With Zoho CRM

Configure which permissions are active from the Zoho CRM integration settings panel.

PermissionWhat it enables
Log replies to Zoho CRMLinkedIn message replies are logged as Zoho CRM activities
Log engagement activityLinkedIn comments are recorded on Zoho contact records

Map Lists to Zoho CRM Tags

After connecting, you can link a Reepl list to a Zoho CRM tag. Contacts in that list are matched against Zoho contacts carrying the same tag, allowing your audience segments to stay aligned without manual re-entry.

To map a list: open Lists in Reepl, select a list, and choose the corresponding Zoho CRM tag from the integration mapping dropdown.

Disconnect Zoho CRM

Open Settings > Integrations > Zoho CRM and click Disconnect. This removes Reepl's OAuth access. No data in Zoho CRM is modified or deleted.
