How to Connect Pipedrive to Reepl
Import Pipedrive contacts into your audience lists and log LinkedIn engagement as activities on Pipedrive contact records
Connecting Pipedrive lets you import your contacts and deal pipeline into Reepl audience lists. As you engage on LinkedIn, Reepl can log replies and comments as activities and notes on the corresponding Pipedrive contact records, keeping your CRM up to date without manual entry.
Before you start: The Pipedrive integration requires a Premium plan. You need a Reepl account on Premium or above and a Pipedrive account with permission to authorize third-party apps.
Connect Pipedrive
Open Integrations settings
In Reepl, open Settings and click Integrations.
Find Pipedrive
Locate Pipedrive in the CRM integrations section. Filter by the CRM category or use the search bar.
Click Connect
Click the Pipedrive card to open its details panel, then click Connect. You will be redirected to Pipedrive's OAuth authorization page.
Authorize Reepl
In Pipedrive, review the permissions and click Allow and install to authorize the connection. You will be redirected back to Reepl.
Confirm the connection
Back in Reepl, the Pipedrive card shows as Connected.
What Reepl Can Do With Pipedrive
Configure which permissions are active from the Pipedrive integration settings panel in Reepl.

Map Lists to Pipedrive Labels
After connecting, you can link a Reepl list to a Pipedrive contact label. Contacts in that Reepl list are matched against Pipedrive contacts with the corresponding label, so your audience segments stay consistent across both tools.
To map a list: open Lists in Reepl, select a list, and choose the corresponding Pipedrive label from the integration mapping dropdown.
Disconnect Pipedrive
Open Settings > Integrations > Pipedrive and click Disconnect. This removes Reepl's access. No data in Pipedrive is deleted.
