How to Connect Lemlist to Reepl
Sync contacts saved in Reepl to Lemlist campaigns using your Lemlist API key
Connecting Lemlist lets you add saved contacts directly to your Lemlist campaigns. Map a Reepl list to a specific Lemlist campaign so contacts flow into your outreach sequences without manual export and import.
Before you start: You need a Reepl account and an active Lemlist account. The connection uses a Lemlist API key, which you generate inside your Lemlist dashboard. Lemlist is available on all Reepl plans.
Generate a Lemlist API Key
Navigate to Lemlist API Settings
Log in to your Lemlist account at app.lemlist.com. Go to Settings > Integrations > API Keys.
Generate a new API key
Click the Generate button in the top-right corner of the API Keys page to create a new key.
Name your API key
Enter Reepl as the name for the key. This makes it easy to identify which key belongs to the Reepl connection if you need to manage or revoke it later.
Copy the key
Copy the newly generated API key. You will need it in the next step.
Connect Lemlist in Reepl
Open Integrations settings
In Reepl, open Settings and click Integrations.
Find Lemlist
Locate Lemlist in the integrations list. You can search for it by name or filter by the CRM category.
Open the Lemlist details panel
Click the Lemlist card to open its connection panel.
Paste your API key
In the Lemlist API Key field, paste the key you copied from Lemlist.
Click Add API Key
Click Add API Key to save the connection. Reepl will verify the key against the Lemlist API.
Your Lemlist account is now connected. You can confirm by checking that the Lemlist card shows as Connected in the integrations list.
Map a Reepl List to a Lemlist Campaign
Once connected, you can link any Reepl list to a Lemlist campaign so contacts in that list are added to the campaign.
Open your list
Navigate to Lists in Reepl and select the list you want to sync with Lemlist.
Open the integration mapping panel
In the list settings, find the Lemlist integration section. Select the target Lemlist campaign from the dropdown.
Save the mapping
Confirm the selection. Contacts in the list will be sent to the mapped Lemlist campaign.
Disconnect Lemlist
Open Settings > Integrations > Lemlist and click Disconnect. This removes your API key from Reepl. No data in Lemlist is modified or deleted.
