How to Connect HubSpot to Reepl
Import HubSpot contacts into your audience lists and log LinkedIn engagement back to HubSpot contact records
Connecting HubSpot gives Reepl read access to your contacts and conversations, and write access to log LinkedIn replies and engagement as activities and notes on your HubSpot contact records. You can also map your Reepl lists to HubSpot contact lists to keep your audience segments aligned.
Before you start: The HubSpot integration requires a Premium plan. You need a Reepl account on Premium or above and an active HubSpot account with admin access to authorize the connection.
Connect HubSpot
Open Integrations settings
In Reepl, open Settings and click Integrations.
Find HubSpot
Locate HubSpot in the CRM integrations section. You can use the search bar or filter by the CRM category.
Click Connect
Click the HubSpot card to open its details panel, then click Connect. You will be redirected to HubSpot's OAuth authorization page.
Authorize Reepl
In HubSpot, review the permissions Reepl is requesting and click Connect app to authorize. You will be redirected back to Reepl.
Confirm the connection
Back in Reepl, the HubSpot card shows as Connected. The integration is now active.
What Reepl Can Do With HubSpot
Once connected, you can configure which permissions are active from the HubSpot integration settings panel.

Map Lists to HubSpot
After connecting, you can link a Reepl list to a HubSpot contact list. Contacts in that Reepl list will be matched to HubSpot contacts, keeping your segmentation consistent across both tools.
To map a list: open Lists in Reepl, select a list, and choose the corresponding HubSpot list from the integration mapping panel.
Disconnect HubSpot
Open Settings > Integrations > HubSpot and click Disconnect. This removes Reepl's access to your HubSpot account. No data in HubSpot is deleted.
