How to Manage Contacts

Learn how to view, organize, and manage your LinkedIn contacts in Reepl's CRM

Reepl's contact manager gives you a central place to store, search, and organize the LinkedIn connections you interact with. Contacts are imported automatically via the Chrome extension when you visit LinkedIn profiles, and you can edit details, apply tags, and export your contact list at any time.

Free plans are limited to 50 contacts. Pro and Premium plans have unlimited contacts.

Viewing your contacts

Open the contacts list

Click Contacts in the left sidebar. The contacts table shows all saved contacts with columns for name, tags, phone, email, list membership, and actions.

Search and filter contacts

Use the search bar at the top to find contacts by name. Click the filter controls to narrow results by Location, Job Title, or Tags.

Customize visible columns

Click the Columns button above the table to toggle column visibility. Drag columns to reorder them. Available columns include Headline, Job Title, Company, Location, Tags, Phone Number, Email, and List.

Viewing a contact's details

Open a contact profile

Click any contact name in the table to open their detail view. The profile page has two tabs: Profile Details and Activities.

Edit contact information

On the Profile Details tab, click any editable field to update it. You can edit the contact's name, job title, headline, about section, tags, address, experience, and education. Company information (name, email, website, employees, industry, revenue) is also editable.

Manage tags

Click the tags area to open the tag manager. Add color-coded tags to categorize contacts for outreach, industry, priority, or any custom grouping.

Importing and exporting contacts

Contacts are imported automatically when you browse LinkedIn profiles with the Reepl Chrome extension installed. If you have no contacts yet, the empty state provides a button that opens LinkedIn so you can start browsing.

To export your contacts, click the Export button (upload icon) at the top of the contacts table. This downloads a CSV file with all contact data.

Deleting contacts

Deleting a contact from the All Contacts view permanently removes the contact and all associated data. This cannot be undone.

When you delete a contact from within a specific list, the contact is only removed from that list -- it remains in your overall contact database. Deleting from the main Contacts view removes the contact entirely.
