How to Use Post Collections
Learn how to save and organize LinkedIn posts into collections for content inspiration in Reepl
Post collections let you save LinkedIn posts and organize them by topic, campaign, or any category you choose. Use collections to build a library of content inspiration that you can reference when creating new posts.
Free plans are limited to 2 collections with up to 50 items each. Pro and Premium plans have unlimited collections and items.
Open collections
Click Post Collections in the left sidebar under the Library section. The table shows all your collections with columns for Name, Items Length, Visibility, Integration, Created, and Owner.
Create a new collection
Click Create Collection to open the creation dialog. Enter a name and choose the visibility setting:
- Private -- Only you can see this collection
- Public -- Anyone with the link can view
- Shared -- Visible to your workspace team
Add posts to a collection
Save posts to a collection from the Chrome extension while browsing LinkedIn, or add them from within the Reepl web app. Each saved post is stored as an item in the collection.
Browse collections
Use the My Collections tab for your personal collections and the Team Collections tab for shared collections within your workspace.
Your collections appear in the table immediately after creation. Click any collection name to view its saved posts.
