How to Set Up Voice Profiles
Learn how to create and manage voice profiles that define the tone and style of AI-generated content in Reepl
Voice profiles define the personality and tone your AI-generated content uses. When Reepl generates comments, messages, or posts, it references your voice profile to match your desired communication style.
Open the Voice Profiles page
Navigate to Settings > Voice Profiles or go directly to Voice Profiles in the app. You see a list of profiles with their status (Active or Inactive) and voice characteristics.
Select a profile to edit
Click on your name to open your voice profile editor. Team workspace members can search by name or email and edit any team member's profile.
Define voice characteristics
Select 6--10 adjectives that describe your desired tone, such as professional, confident, thoughtful, approachable, or direct. These characteristics guide all AI-generated content for your account.
Set the profile status
Toggle the profile to Active to apply it to AI generation, or Inactive to temporarily disable it.
Save your changes
Click Save to apply your voice profile. Click Discard to revert unsaved changes.
Your voice profile is now applied whenever Reepl generates comments, messages, or posts on your behalf. The AI uses your selected characteristics to match your communication style.
Voice profiles define what voice you want using descriptive traits. To teach the AI how you actually write using examples, use Model Training instead. Both features work together for the most accurate AI-generated content.
