How to Track Contact Activity

Learn how to view and filter the activity timeline for your contacts in Reepl

Every interaction with a contact is logged automatically in their activity timeline. This gives you a complete history of notes, list changes, messages, profile updates, and more -- so you always know where you stand with each contact.

Open a contact's activities

Navigate to Contacts in the left sidebar and click any contact name. On the contact detail page, click the Activities tab.

Browse the activity timeline

Activities display as a chronological timeline with colored icons for each type. Each entry shows the activity type, who performed it, a description, and a timestamp.

Search activities

Use the search bar at the top of the activities tab to find specific entries. Type keywords like a note's content or a list name to narrow results.

Filter by activity type

Click the All Activities dropdown to filter the timeline to a specific type:

  • Notes -- User-added notes
  • List Changes -- Added to or removed from a list
  • Job Title Updated -- Job title changes
  • Tags Updated -- Tag modifications
  • Messages Sent/Received -- LinkedIn DMs in both directions
  • Calls -- Scheduled calls
  • Emails -- Scheduled emails
  • Tasks -- Completed tasks
  • Contact Created / Imported -- When the contact was first added

Export activities

Click the Export Activity button to download the full activity timeline as a CSV file.

The timeline updates in real time as new interactions occur. Collapsed notes can be expanded by clicking on them.
