How to Connect Miro to Reepl
Connect Miro to automatically visualize posts you save into a Swipe File collection on a Miro board
Connecting Miro lets you attach a Miro board to a Swipe File collection. Whenever you save a LinkedIn post into that collection, Reepl automatically adds a card and a visual mockup of the post to the board -- turning your saved inspiration into a living Miro moodboard.
Miro is a content-planning tool, not a CRM -- it isn't part of the Audience Profiles / CRM contact system. Its only job is visualizing posts saved to a collection.
Connect Miro
Open Integrations settings
In Reepl, open Settings and click Integrations.
Find Miro
Locate Miro in the Productivity Tools section, or search for it.
Click Connect
Click the Miro card, then click Connect. You'll be redirected to Miro's OAuth authorization page.
Authorize Reepl
Review the requested permissions (read and write access to your boards) and approve. You'll be redirected back to Reepl.
Confirm the connection
Back in Reepl, the Miro card shows as Connected.
Attach a board to a collection
Authorizing Miro alone doesn't do anything visible yet -- you also need to pick a board for a specific collection to use.
Open a collection
Go to the Swipe File and open the collection you want to visualize on Miro.
Choose a Miro board
In the collection's settings, select Miro as the connected board and choose which of your Miro boards to link. Reepl lists the boards available to your connected Miro account.
Save a post into the collection
Save any LinkedIn post into the collection as you normally would.
Check the board
Open the linked board in Miro. Reepl creates two frames the first time it writes to a board -- Reepl - Cards (LinkedIn) and Reepl - Visual Posts (LinkedIn) -- and adds a simple card plus a formatted visual mockup of the post to each.
Only posts saved after you attach a Miro board are added to it -- posts already in the collection aren't retroactively synced. Posts saved outside of a collection are never sent to Miro.
Disconnect Miro
Open Settings > Integrations > Miro and click Disconnect. This removes Reepl's access to your Miro account. Boards and content already created in Miro are not deleted.
