How to Connect Reepl to Zapier
Automate your LinkedIn content workflow by connecting Reepl to thousands of apps through Zapier
Connect Reepl to Zapier to build automated workflows that trigger on LinkedIn activity and take action in your other tools. When a post publishes, a draft is created, or a contact is added, Zapier can route that event to Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, a CRM, or any of the thousands of apps in Zapier's library.
Before you start: You need a Reepl account and a Zapier account. You will also need to generate a Reepl API key to authenticate the connection. API keys require a paid plan (Pro or above).
Generate a Reepl API Key
Open API Keys settings
In Reepl, open Settings and navigate to API Keys.
Create a new key
Click Create API Key. Give the key a descriptive name such as "Zapier" so you can identify it later.
Select scopes
Choose the scopes your Zap will need. Common scopes for Zapier workflows:
- drafts:read and drafts:write — to read and create drafts
- posts:read and posts:write — to read published posts and schedule or publish new ones
- contacts:read and contacts:write — to find and add contacts
- tools:use — required for virality analysis, carousel generation, and tweet data extraction
- webhooks:manage — required for triggers (Reepl registers and tests webhook subscriptions)
Copy the key
Copy the generated API key. You will not be able to see it again after closing the dialog.
Connect Reepl in Zapier
Open the Zapier editor
Log in to Zapier and click Create Zap.
Search for Reepl
In the app search field, type Reepl and select it from the results.
Authenticate with your API key
When prompted to connect an account, paste the API key you generated in Reepl. Zapier will verify the connection before saving it.

Example Workflows
- New form submission creates a draft — When someone fills out a Typeform or Google Form, Zapier creates a Reepl draft pre-filled with their response as content.
- Published post logs to Notion — When a post goes live, Zapier adds a row to your Notion content database with the post text and publish date.
- Publish failure sends a Slack alert — When a scheduled post fails, Zapier sends a message to your Slack channel so you can republish manually.
- New Airtable row schedules a post — When you add a row to an Airtable content calendar, Zapier schedules it in Reepl.
