How to Connect Airtable
Learn how to connect Airtable to Reepl for syncing contacts, lists, and collections
Connecting Airtable to Reepl lets you sync your contacts, lists, and collections between both platforms. Airtable serves as a flexible database layer for managing your LinkedIn outreach data alongside other business workflows.
Airtable integration requires a Pro plan or higher.
Open integrations
Navigate to Settings > Integrations from the left sidebar.
Find Airtable
Search for "Airtable" using the search bar, or scroll to the Productivity Tools section in the Available Integrations list.
Connect your account
Click the Airtable card to start the OAuth authorization flow. Sign in to Airtable and grant the requested permissions.
Configure sync permissions
After connecting, you are redirected to the integration details page. Toggle the permissions you want to enable:
- Auto Sync Profiles -- Automatically sync contact profiles to Airtable
- Auto Sync Posts -- Automatically sync post data to Airtable
- Read from Airtable -- Allow Reepl to read data from your Airtable bases
Choose supported groups
Airtable supports syncing with both lists and collections. Select which groups to connect from the integration settings.
Your Airtable integration is now active. Synced data flows automatically based on the permissions you enabled. Manage or disconnect at any time from Settings > Integrations > Airtable.
