How to Connect Airtable

Learn how to sync Reepl contacts and posts with Airtable using the OAuth integration.

The Airtable integration syncs your Reepl contacts and published posts with Airtable bases. Data flows in both directions — you can push contacts and posts into Airtable, and read contact or segment data from Airtable back into Reepl.

Before you start: The Airtable integration requires a Pro plan or higher.

Connect your Airtable account

Open the Integrations settings

Navigate to Settings > Integrations, then select Airtable from the Productivity Tools section.

Authorize with OAuth

Click Connect Airtable. You are redirected to Airtable to authorize access. Sign in to your Airtable account if prompted, then grant Reepl permission to access your bases.

Return to Reepl

After authorizing, you are redirected back to Reepl. Your Airtable account now appears as connected on the integration page.

Configure sync permissions

Once connected, three sync permissions are available. Toggle each one on or off depending on how you want data to flow:

  • Auto-sync profiles and contacts to Airtable — when enabled, contacts added or updated in Reepl are automatically pushed to your connected Airtable base
  • Auto-sync published posts to Airtable — when enabled, each post you publish through Reepl is automatically added to Airtable with its content and metadata
  • Read contact and segment data from Airtable into Reepl — when enabled, Reepl pulls contact or segment data from Airtable and makes it available in your Lists and Collections

How it works with Lists and Collections

When the read permission is enabled, Airtable data surfaces inside Reepl's Lists and Collections features. Segments or contact groups defined in Airtable appear as importable sources, so you can build Reepl contact lists directly from your Airtable data without manual entry.
